AFTER WINNERS ARE DRAWN, THEY WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM rsvp@unionlosangeles.com WITH A LINK TO COMPLETE A CHECKOUT FOR 1 PAIR IN THE SIZE THEY SIGNED UP. THE EMAIL DOES NOT GUARANTEE PURCHASE AS THE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO COMPLETE CHECKOUT AND ENTER PAYMENT DETAILS TO CONFIRM THEIR ORDER.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE MY PURCHASE?
WINNERS WILL HAVE 3 HOURS TO COMPLETE THEIR PURCHASE. AFTER 3 HOURS FROM RECEIVING THE INVOICE, THE INVOICE WILL BE VOIDED.
WHY IS MY TRANSACTION NOT PROCESSING?
BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION MUST MATCH YOUR BILLING CREDIT CARD DETAILS. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS. ANY FORM OF MIS-MATCHED INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN A DECLINED TRANSACTION. (WE ADVISE HAND TYPING IN BILLING AND SHIPPING DETAILS TO AVOID ERRORS)
DELIVERY REFUSAL:
ORDERS REFUSED OR RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE WHEN SENT TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER WILL RESULT IN A 30% RESTOCKING FEE.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
ORDERS WILL SHIP WITHIN 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATED EMAIL WITH YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION. ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING.
PLEASE ALLOW 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERIES TO ARRIVE.
ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER, PLEASE FOLLOW IT CLOSELY TO BE AVAILABLE FOR THE DELIVERY AS A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

NO FREIGHT FORWARDING OR RESHIPPING SERVICES ALLOWED AND ALL ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED.

LOST PACKAGES:
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES TO HAVE THE ORDER RESHIPPED, IF AVAILABLE. THE BUYER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLAIMS MADE WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER.
ORDER ISSUES:
